By training, I'm a physiotherapist, and by nature, a passionate advocate of all kinds of movement. I believe that movement is the best medicine and the best form of prevention we can give ourselves. Everyone can and should move \u2013 you just need to find the right way. That's what I encourage all my patients to do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I approach every patient holistically \u2013 I don't focus on treating symptoms, but always aim to find the root cause. Thanks to my theoretical and practical knowledge of various physiotherapy methods, I combine them and individually select what will work best for each patient. I always start contact with a patient with a detailed interview and getting to know the patient as well as possible \u2013 not just their ailments, but also, for example, what their daily life looks like. As a physiotherapist, I also strongly focus on education and injury prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I gained my knowledge and experience during numerous training courses and through work in both large clinics and private practices in Poland and Germany. I delved into the intricacies of sports physiotherapy by collaborating with a football club. I am fluent in German and have a working knowledge of English.
